Capero on the rocks

Pour Capero over ice,

into a rocks glass.

Garnish: lemon peel


Capero & Tonic
Pour Capero over ice.
Top with premium tonic
Garnish: lemon peel or caper berry

Capero Martini
35 ml Capero,
35 ml Vodka,
5 ml dry Vermouth.
Stir with ice, strain into
a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: green olive or 
caper berry.


Capero sour

50 ml Capero

25 ml fresh lemon juice

10-15 ml sugar syrup (adjust to taste)

Optional: egg white or aquafaba
